It was a damn good Week 1. We saw high scores everywhere, which is great for fantasy football. It also worked out well for my streamers, as all three Stream of the Week options scored 13+ fantasy points. Now, let’s carry that momentum into Week 2.
Each week, I highlight five streaming options at QB, TE, and DEF. These players are available in at least 50% of ESPN leagues and can still provide a matchup edge. Let’s dive into this week’s picks and find you the upside you need.
Accountabilty
Am I any good at this? I’ll let the numbers speak for themselves. In this section, you’ll see how my Stream of the Week (SOTW) and Best Pick finish every week. Since I always provide five options, my Best Pick is the one that scores the most points, even if I didn’t designate it as the Stream of the Week. Essentially, the Best Pick line shows what you could achieve if you streamed only from my weekly lists.
Scores and rankings are based on PPR scoring and 4-point passing touchdowns. Most leagues use 6-point passing touchdowns, but data providers default to 4-point systems, so I’m keeping things consistent.

Week 2 Fantasy Streamers

Quarterback
Jordan Love @ NYJ
Love started hot in Week 1, tossing two TDs in the first half, but cooled in the second half. He still finished with 387 yards and two TDs, good enough for a QB11 finish in fantasy. Even if you don’t love Love, it’s hard not to be excited about his weapons. Christian Watson went off in Week 1, Matthew Golden finally looks like a WR1, and Tucker Kraft played well in his first game back. The Jets also played well last week, but should find the going tougher against Love than they did against Cam Ward. This defense has been terrible at forcing turnovers since last season, which should give Love a great floor with an incredible ceiling.
Other Options
- Tyler Shough @ BAL
- Jacoby Brissett vs. SEA
- Carson Wentz @ CHI
- C.J. Stroud vs. CIN
Tight End
Juwan Johnson @ BAL
I really wanted this to be Chig Okonkwo, but I hate dealing with hamstring issues, and he had not practiced yet as of the writing of this article. So, we go back to well with Johnson. It took overtime, but it was a solid Week 1 for Johnson. He found the endzone, which is great considering he only scored three TDs last season, and finished with seven targets. He is the TE7 in fantasy after the opening week. The Saints should be playing from behind again this week, so the volume will remain, and that will keep Juwan Johnson in the top-10 conversation.
Other Options
- Chig Okonkwo @ DAL
- Dalton Schultz vs. CIN
- Kenyon Sadiq vs. GB
- Brenton Strange @ DEN

Defense
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. CLE
In this article, we pick on the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland surrendered the DEF3 performance to Jacksonville last week, and Tampa Bay’s defense held their own against Cincinnati. They pulled off a pick-6 against Joe Burrow and scored nine fantasy points. They may double that against the Browns. The Cleveland offense allowed five sacks and two turnovers against Jacksonville in Week 1. Plus, it’s a Baker Mayfield revenge game. All in all, it is shaping up to be a good week for the Bucs.
Other Options
- Chiefs vs. IND
- 49ers vs. MIA
- Chargers vs. LV
- Jaguars @ DEN
