With ten weeks behind us and just four games until the fantasy playoffs, we have reached a critical point in the season. You need these wins. Recently, I’ve noticed a trend on our shows: all questions come with the caveat, “Who do you prefer for the rest of the season?” In the streaming game, there is no rest of the season; we need to win this week. If you have a free bench spot, there’s no harm in getting ahead of waivers and adding an extra QB or DEF for next week, but don’t give up on streaming now and play the same QB for the rest of the season. You started streaming because that didn’t work in the first place. Now, let’s get you that Week 11 W. Here are the best streaming options at QB, TE, and Defense from our Week 11 rankings.
A Quick Note: You will notice that I do not cover Kicker streams. We leave that to the experts, so check out Linda’s rankings.
Accountability
Am I any good at this? I’ll let the numbers tell you. In this section, you’ll see how my Stream of the Week (SOTW) and Best Pick finish every week. Since I always give five options, my Best Pick is the one that scores the most points, even if I didn’t call it the Stream of the Week. Basically, Best Pick shows you what streaming is capable of.
Scores and rankings are based on PPR scoring and 4-point passing TDs. I know the world uses 6-point passing TDs, but data providers love 4-point, and I am trying to keep this simple.
| QB | TE | DEF | |
| SOTW Last Week | 19 points (QB7) | 2 points (TE37) | 19 points (DEF2) |
| SOTW Season-Long | 163 points (QB10) | 123 points (TE3) | 82 points (DEF6) |
| Best Pick Last Week | 19 points (QB7) | 7 points (TE19) | 19 points (DEF2) |
| Best Pick Season-Long | 237 points (QB2) | 145 points (TE1) | 139 points (DEF1) |
Week 11 Streams of the Week

Note: All of these players were available in around 50% of ESPN leagues as of Wednesday morning after waivers had run.
Quarterback
Russell Wilson vs. BAL
Suddenly, the once-vaunted Ravens defense is a plus matchup for fantasy quarterbacks. They got absolutely torched by Joe Burrow last week and were already giving up the third-most points to QBs before that game. In fact, they have allowed 20+ fantasy points to QBs in five of their last six games. While Russell Wilson is not Joe Burrow, I think he can match Jameis Winston and Baker Mayfield, who both threw three TDs against Baltimore. Wilson himself hit three TDs in Week 10 and should be able to repeat that top-10 finish this week.
Other Options
- Jared Goff vs. JAX
- Tua Tagovailoa vs. LV
- Matthew Stafford @ NE
- Geno Smith @ SF
Tight End
Jonnu Smith vs. LV
Jonnu Smith has been heavily involved in the Dolphins offense lately, regardless of who is playing quarterback. Over the last five games, with three different quarterbacks, Smith is averaging six targets per game and is the TE12 in fantasy over that span. In his more recent games with Tua Tagavailoa, he’s the TE23, but the volume is still there, with 16 targets. The Raiders defense could spin that volume to gold for Smith. They give up the 5th-most points to TEs on the season and the most points over the last five weeks. Before their Week 10 bye, they got destroyed by Mike Gesicki, who finished as the TE1 in fantasy in Week 9. Smith has struggled with TDs this season, but the Raiders allow an average of one per game over their last four games, so this feels like a good week for Jonnu Smith to find the endzone.
Other Options
- Dawson Knox (if Dalton Kincaid is Out) vs. KC
- Brock Wright (if Sam LaPorta is Out) vs. JAX
- Hunter Henry vs. LAR
- Taysom Hill vs. CLE
Green Bay Packers @ CHI
Yes, the Bears have fired their offensive coordinator. While it helps, it does not fix all of their problems, namely, their offensive line. The Bears gave up nine sacks in Week 10, and that was after giving up six in Week 9. Caleb Williams is holding the ball for too long and not making great decisions when he throws it. While he hasn’t turned the ball over, the team has managed just 12 total points scored in those two games. The Packers have the seventh-best DEF in fantasy right now and rank second in the league in takeaways. While they haven’t been great at getting after the QB, they do have five games with multiple sacks, including an eight-sack game back in Week 3. The Bears are the perfect matchup to repeat that success.
Other Options
- Rams @ NE
- Saints vs. CLE
- Browns @ NO
- Dolphins vs. LV
