Happy Thanksgiving. With Club Fantasy taking this week off from podcasting and there being three games on Thursday, I wanted to get this article to you all a little early this week. There are no teams on bye this week, so we have a full field to choose from in fantasy. So let’s see how I mess this up! Here are the best streaming options from our Week 12 QB, TE, and Defense rankings. Have a great holiday, and good luck this week…unless you’re playing me.
A Quick Note: You will notice that I do not cover Kicker streams. We leave that to the experts, so check out Linda’s rankings.
Accountability
If you’ve read this article for any amount of time in the 2022 season, you know the story I’m about to tell. I made some great picks last week. I just didn’t call them my Stream of the Week.
Week 11 Stream of the Week score: 20 Fantasy Points. The Goal: 34 fantasy points, which is the average score of the QB12, TE12, and DEF12 this season. The Best of the Bunch score: 59 Fantasy Points. At least one of my five picks is going to pop every week, but at this point, you’re better off not taking the guy I name Stream of the Week.

Quarterback
Stream of the Week – Taylor Heinicke vs ATL
The Washington Commanders gave Heinicke a vote of confidence this week when they named him the starter over the now-healthy Carson Wentz. I think he rides that moment into a big game against one of the worst pass defenses in the league. Atlanta gives up the 8th-most fantasy points per game to QBs and has allowed 19+ in eight games this season. Heinicke has been quiet the last few weeks but had a streak of three multi-TD games when he became the starter. With Atlanta allowing 2+ in six games this year, this feels like a perfect get-right game for Heinicke.
Other Options
- Trevor Lawrence vs BAL
- Jacoby Brissett vs TB
- Marcus Mariota @ WAS
- Russell Wilson @ CAR

Tight Ends
Stream of the Week – Foster Moreau @ SEA
Moreau has been relatively quiet this season but does have seven games with 4+ targets. When you play the TE-streaming game, you chase TDs, or you chase volume. Since TDs are hard to predict, we’ll chase the targets here. The good news is that almost no team gives up more volume to the TE than Seattle. On average, TEs go for five catches on seven targets and 74 yards against the Seahawks. They’ve also allowed four TDs to TEs on the season. Eight TEs have already scored 10+ against them this season, and this feels like a game where Moreau will shine.
A quick note about Taysom Hill: As long as he meets the criteria, Hill will be my permanent #2 on this list. He offers an upside that no streaming TE can match, but his floor is still very bad. That floor is why I would never consider starting him at QB, but he is worth the gamble at TE. My fundamental issue with calling him a TE will likely prevent me from ever calling him my Stream of the Week.
Other Options
- Taysom Hill @ SF
- Juwan Johnson @ SF
- Greg Dulcich @ CAR
- Logan Thomas vs ATL

Defense
Stream of the Week – Kansas City Chiefs vs LAR
The Rams are BAD! End of analysis.
In all seriousness, when an already bad offense loses the best WR in football, and their pretty bad QB is hurt, and they cut their equally bad starting running back, it’s just all BAD. No team in the league allows more fantasy points to DEF, and it could get immensely worse in Week 12. Kansas City will get out to a big lead and just beat up on this offense. It will be bad…unless you start the Chiefs’ fantasy D/ST.
Other Options
- Broncos @ CAR
- Vikings vs NE
- Colts vs PIT
- Dolphins vs HOU
