Thrive Fantasy Main Slate | Top 5 Week 18 Player Props

Last week was a great week. Four-out-of-five props were correctly picked for your reading pleasure. We were an AJ Brown touchdown away from perfection. We can still get there, though, with the first Week 18 in regular-season history. It’s going to be tough to navigate some games that are potentially going to be affected with starters rest. We can use that to our advantage, too, though. Four under props are coming your way. Five props total will be discussed. Let’s get started.

Top Five Thrive Fantasy Week 18 Player Props

Austin Ekeler 70.5 Rush Yards + Rec. Yards

Take the OVER here. Austin Ekeler has had at least 71 rush + receiving yards in his last six games. He has also hit the over in 12 out of 15 games this season. This is a win-and-in game for the Chargers, and they get the Raiders as an opponent. Ekeler had 145 yards on 20 touches against the Raiders earlier in the year. Ryan Weisse is projecting 94 total yards for Ekeler.  The over here is as close to a slam dunk as there is. That’s why it’s only worth 75 points. Take the 75 points and the over.

Diontae Johnson 8.5 Total Rec

Take the UNDER here. Diontae does have 100 receptions this year in 15 games. That’s over six receptions a game. However, that’s still not even that close to the lofty line of having nine receptions in one game. Diontae has had less than that for five straight weeks and has only hit the over in four games. Ryan only has him projected for six receptions. Did I mention Diontae is just recently coming off a stint on the COVID-IR?   The under here is a pretty good bet. You get 85 points for the under. Take it.

Ja’Marr Chase 83.5 Total Rec Yards

Take the UNDER here as well. It does not seem like Joe Burrow is going to play at all. We already know Brandon Allen is starting. The Bengals are mathematically alive for the two seed, but it’s a bit of a long shot. The division is locked up, so there isn’t much to play for. Therefore, Chase might not see his usual snap share. Their opponent is the Browns too. The Browns are the sixth-ranked passing defense in the league and only gave up about 120 passing yards against Big Ben on 46 attempts. Chase is always a threat for the long bomb but don’t be surprised to see a four for 60 type of day either. Ryan is projecting 73 yards. Take the under and the 100 points.

Carson Wentz 0.5 INTs

Take the UNDER here too. We took the under on this prop the last time the Colts played Jacksonville, and it was successful. Wentz has only actually had four games this season with an interception. This is a win-and-in game for the Colts against the Jaguars, and the Jaguars have only forced six interceptions this season (31st in the league). This is setting up for a good day for Wentz, Taylor, and the entire offense. Ryan is projecting an interception for Wentz, this time against the Jaguars. However, if you are on the fence, consider there are 120 points available for the under. I am taking the 120 points and the under.

Russell Wilson 240.5 Pass Yards

Finally, take the UNDER here, too—the most under props we have chosen in any article this season. I saved the best for the last week of the season. Here Russell Wilson is playing in a meaningless game against a Cardinals team still trying to win the division. Wilson has only had more than 240 passing yards twice since week three. Wilson didn’t even hit that mark last week after putting up 50 on the Lions. Ryan only has him for 201 yards. I agree on the under. The under is worth 100 points.

There are 480 points up for grabs here. Happy Week-18, everyone!
