Last week was so bad that I refused to look at my final score. It was one of those weeks where you just had to take shelter, ask someone when it was over, and move on. You can’t reflect on the past, though. When the going is tough, the tough put more work into the following week’s slate. That’s what we did here—time to bounce back like a tennis ball with five more props for Week 6.

Patrick Mahomes 2.5 Total Pass TDs
Take the OVER here! Mahomes has passed for more than 2.5 touchdowns in four of his first five games this year. The only one he didn’t was this last week against a VERY tough Bills defense. The Chiefs get to bounce back this week, though, against the Washington Football Team. The Over/Under is a whopping 55.5 points with the Chiefs being projected to score four touchdowns. The Football Team has been absolutely beaten down by opposing QBs recently too. The Football Team has surrendered FOUR passing touchdowns a week for the last three games (Winston; Ryan; & Allen). Nobody better than Patrick Mahomes to continue that trend. Ryan has Mahomes with four passing touchdowns. Somehow you can get 100 points for the over here. Take those 100 points.
Jonathan Taylor 0.5 Rushing Touchdowns
Take the OVER here, of course. Jonathan Taylor has scored a rushing touchdown in back-to-back weeks. The Colts have the Houston Texans next week. The Houston Texans have seemingly given up one or more rushing touchdowns every week since Week 1 against Jacksonville. The Texans controlled that game, though, and forced the Jaguars to throw. Here the Colts are 9.5-point favorites. That should signal a heavy dose of Jonathan Taylor. The Colts need to avoid a disastrous 1-5 start and stay within striking distance of the Titans. Jonathan Taylor might be their best friend in Week 6. Ryan is also projecting a touchdown. Let’s cash in on the over here for 85 points.
Austin Ekeler 99.5 Rush Yards + Rec. Yards
As per usual, take the OVER here. In his last four games, Austin Ekeler has hit at least 107 rec yards + rush yards (we will just say total yards). The Chargers offense has been absolutely humming in the meantime, too, averaging over 30 points a game. The Chargers are headed to Baltimore this weekend. This seems like a tough matchup on paper, but Baltimore just gave up 169 total yards to Jonathan Taylor and 234 total yards to the colts RB-room. Ryan is projecting 114 total yards for Ekeler (so room to spare). This is a heavyweight matchup in the AFC. Chargers will stick to their guns. Take the over and the 100 points.
Najee Harris 80.5 Rush Yards + Rec. Yards
March to the beat of the OVER drum again. Najee Harris has hit at least 81 total yards in each of his last four weeks too (same as Ekeler above in his prop). Najee has become more and more involved in the rushing game every week. Also, averaging nine targets a game in his last four games, that’s like a free 40 yards. To make things even sweeter, the Steelers are going up against the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle gives up over 140 rush yards a game, including over 81 rush yards per game to the opposing team’s RB1 every week since Week 1. If Harris follows suit, then he wouldn’t even need any receiving yards to meet this prop. Nonetheless, Ryan has Harris at 107 total yards. That’s plenty to spare! I’m confident in the over on this prop, and you should be too. Take the 90 points.
Lamar Jackson 292.5 Pass Yards + Rush Yards
This is my favorite prop in the entire slate. SMASH THE OVER! Lamar Jackson has been way over this mark every week this season. His lowest total of Pass yards + Rush yards was in Week 1 when he had 321 total yards. He’s coming off a 500-yard performance against the Colts. As mentioned above, they have the Chargers coming to town. The Chargers’ defense has been up and down this year. Therefore, points will likely be coming in bunches in this game, and the Chargers just gave up 531 yards to the Browns. Ryan is projecting 343 total yards for Lamar Jackson. The funny thing about this lock-of-a-prop is that Thrive is giving you 105 points for the over. TAKE IT!
480 points for the taking with these five props.
