An AFC East battle! Certainly not one for the ages, but come on, it’s football. You know you’re going to watch.

The Jets travel to Buffalo to take on a banged up Bills team searching for an identity. They want to play good defense and run the football, but they’re defense has the worst defensive coordinator in all of football (Rob Ryan) and more injuries than a hospital emergency room.

ryanfitzpatrickbrandonmarshallThe Jets are coming off a loss to the Bengals where star corner Darrelle Revis was just manhandled by A.J. Green. That won’t happen on Thursday night. Bills WR Sammy Watkins, while having played well against the Jets in the past, is dealing with severe discomfort in his surgically repaired foot, to the tune of possibly not playing this week. If he’s a no go, the Bills will have to rely on Robert Woods and TE Charles Clay to carry the receiving load, which doesn’t bode well for fantasy purposes. LeSean McCoy is likely to be very busy. He’s the best offensive weapon the Bills have, especially if Watkins is out or hobbled. Look for Shady to have a decent day, based more on volume than quality.

Jets QB Ryan Fitzpatrick should have a field day facing the Bills defense. WRs Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker should get a TD each while Forte gets at least 100 total yards.

Bills QB Tyrod Taylor is in for another rough game. He got beat up by a Ravens defense that is still figuring itself out. The Jets pressured Bengals QB to the tune of 7 sacks. Taylor is mobile, and is likely to have a few more rushing yards than the 11 he had last week, but his offensive line is banged up and the Jets d-line is primed for a feast. If Taylor is your QB this week, Godspeed, and if you can, find a new option on waivers.
