Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate. Happy Football Thursday to those who don’t. To show you how much I appreciate you and your time, I won’t waste it on an intro today. Let’s get into my favorite streaming options for Week 13.
Each week, I highlight five streaming options at QB, TE, and DEF. These players are available in at least 50% of ESPN leagues and can still provide a matchup edge. With fantasy teams hoarding many of these start-one positions, I have also added a “Look Ahead Option” so you can plan for next week as well. Now, let’s dive into this week’s picks and find the upside you need.
Accountability
Am I any good at this? I’ll let the numbers speak for themselves. In this section, you’ll see how my Stream of the Week (SOTW) and Best Pick finish every week. Since I always provide five options, my Best Pick is the one that scores the most points, even if I didn’t designate it as the Stream of the Week. Essentially, the Best Pick line shows what you could achieve if you streamed only from my weekly lists.
Scores and rankings are based on PPR scoring and 4-point passing touchdowns. Although most leagues use 6-point passing touchdowns, data providers prefer 4-point systems, and I am trying to keep this simple.

Week 13 Fantasy Streamers
Quarterback
Jacoby Brissett @ TB
At this point, I have no idea what Jacoby Brissett has to do to prove himself to fantasy managers, but streamers should be squealing in delight. He should not be available in 55% of leagues. Since taking over as the Cardinals’ starter, he is averaging over 20 fantasy points per game and is the QB5 in fantasy. Against this Tampa Bay defense, he is a Top-5 play yet again in Week 13. Over the last month, no team in the league has given up more points to QBs (and WRs) than the Buccaneers. Brissett should feast this week. (Yes, that is a Thanksgiving joke!)

- Look Ahead Option: You can probably hold Brissett, but Tua Tagovailoa plays NYJ in Week 14
Tight End
Juwan Johnson @ MIA
Yes, Johnson was boring as a streamer last week…but he was still a top-10 play. The tight end spot in fantasy is coming back to Earth, and Boring can get it done. Johnson caught six of seven targets last week, and you have to love that efficiency and volume. The only thing missing was a touchdown. Enter the Miami Dolphins. Over the last month, no team has allowed more TDs to tight ends than the Dolphins. If you add a TD to Johnson’s boring Week 12, he’s a top-3 play, and that is his upside in Week 13.

- Look Ahead Option: You can once again stick with Johnson, but Fannin also has TEN in Week 14.
Defense
Jacksonville Jaguars @ TEN
I have been picking on Cam Ward in this article all season long, but I have to give credit where it’s due. The rookie QB is starting to improve, and looked pretty solid last week. That said, this team still allowed the third-most fantasy points to DEF/ST, in part due to allowing over four sacks and one turnover per game. Sacks and turnovers. It’s all about sacks and turnovers. For their part, while Jacksonville has been hot and cold, they are still getting after the QB. In the four games since their bye, the Jags have 13 QB sacks, at least 28 QB pressures, and four takeaways. If they can hit their averages, the Jags are a safe play for streamers in Week 13.
